Does the extra bathroom increase the price per m²?
Less than rent: part of the difference is that the apartments with more bathrooms are larger. See column of difference per m².
In Bogotá, an additional bathroom increases the rent 38.9% on average, in front of an apartment of the same estrato and number of rooms. In a 2 room, from 1 to 2 bath the rent 41.7% is increased within the same estrato; per m² the difference is 6.7%, because much of the premium is extra area.
