In 6 of 12 countries an apartment of 3 or more rooms needs more years of rent to be paid than one of 1 rooms; Colombia has the lowest ratio in 2 rooms (12.8 years) and Chile the highest (38.6). The less years, the more you pay the rent against the purchase price.
