Is it cheaper to rent directly with the owner?
In the offer, the owner's ads ask for a 4.6% less per m² than those of comparable real estate (same city and rooms; 16 cells).
Only 5.2% of the domestic rental ads in Colombia are published directly by the owner; the rest are by real estate or agents. The proportion goes from 19.9% in La Calera to 0.2% in El Retiro; in Bogotá it is 14.2%. The owner's ad, by the city and rooms, requests a 4.6% less per m².
