In 8 of 12 countries the square meter of an apartment of 120 m² or more is requested cheaper than that of one of less 60 m²; the greatest difference is in Ecuador (- 44.1%). In Colombia, however, the large costs + 19.4% per m². In Colombia the difference is + 19.4%.
