Is the square meter of a house cheaper than that of an apartment?
In almost the whole region, yes. In Colombia the house costs 28.2% less per m² in the median.
In Paraguay the square meter of a house for sale costs 50.1% less than that of an apartment; in Colombia, 28.2% less. The lowest difference is in Peru, where the house leaves 20.0% cheaper per m².
