What floor should I buy?
It depends on what values: light, view and noise (high floors) or price and access (first floors). The table shows how much the market pays for each tranche.
In Bogotá, an apartment for sale on the first floor asks 7.2% less per m² than one comparable on the floors 2 or 3, and one on the floor 16 or more 19.1% more. The comparison is between apartments of the same estrato, town, size and number of rooms.
