- Source: daily intake base of Aptology, with public ads of Metroocuadrado, Fincaraíz, Cienalquís, Rentola and alchem.com. Court as at 13 October of 2026.
- Filters: live ads that pass quality control, in Bogotá, rent between $400,000 and $30,000,000. TikTok and Facebook Market are excluded.
- Duplicate: one ad is left per group of duplicates (the same building on several portals).
- Matched premium: The price per m² of ads is compared with and without the attribute within the same layer cell × rooms (minimum 8 ads per side) and the weighted median of the differences is reported. So the premium is not confused with estrato or size. The attribute is detected in the text of the ad, so they only have ads with description.
- Limitations: are prices ordered, not closed. The neighborhoods and localities come as each portal writes.
