What does the study “Rent per floor: rent per m² of low and high floors in the cities of Colombia” show?
In Colombia an apartment on the floor 16 or more is rented in the median by 45,714 pesos a m² per month, compared to 46,250 pesos on the floor 1 (- 1.2%). Comparing floor 8 or more with floor 1 to 3 inside each city, the largest premium on the upper floor is in Manizales (+ 34.4%).
